David Rodriguez, Pastor of Christian Fellowship in Marrero, was certified as a Belief Therapist in 1999 in Alexandria, LA. Six months later Dr. Paul Carlin asked Pastor Rodriguez to become the Louisiana State Director for Therapon, which involved producing and teaching in the certification schools and developing and teaching CEU seminars for Therapon. Then in March of 2006, Dr. Carlin relinquished the Therapon Institute to Pastor Rodriguez so he could devote his full-time efforts to doing Criminal Recovery and Relapse Prevention (CRRP) for the Texas Criminal Justice System at Eastham Prison in Lovelady, TX. 

David Rodriguez is President of the Therapon Institute, President of Koinonia Bible College (www.kbc.org), Pastor of Christian Fellowship (www.cfchurch.com), and has his own private counseling practice. He is a Board Certified Belief Therapist, Certified Pastoral Counselor and State Director for the International Association of Christian Counseling Professionals (www.iaccp.net) and Certified Behavioral Analyst with the Institute for Motivational Living (www.motivationalliving.com).
